Dear Aglet Community,

Apologies for the lack of communication over the past several months - we have been working in the background on finding a partner (or partners) to help us continue building and growing the game, but it is with a heavy heart that we must announce that Aglet will be shutting down on April 1st (US).

This decision does not come lightly or without great pain to the entire team, who have worked so hard over the past 4 years to bring you the Aglet experience you've come to know and love. We know how much the game and the community that has built up around it has meant to so many of you, and we deeply appreciate all of the time, energy, and creativity you have brought to it.

Thank you again for everything, we hope you look back upon Aglet and the Aglet community with fondness and joy in your hearts.

In our journey to fuse the digital and physical we decided to do the most logical thing: make real Streetware.

Aglet drops IRL sneakers along with their in-game counterparts and features Treasure Stash events where you can win real sneakers by exploring the world. You can also directly purchase sneakers and gear from inside the app via the Buy IRL button on select silhouettes and styles.
